When you are ready to secure your reservation, we'll send you a Rental Agreement for you to sign and return to us. We'll also ask that you make a $500 down payment to secure your dates.
Payments are made securely online with Visa or MasterCard.
$500 down payment is due to secure your reservation.
For last minute reservations made within 30 days of your arrival, your balance must be paid in full.
Guests will be responsible for the fully reserved date(s) regardless of late arrival or early departure.
Guests are responsible for any damages and/or excess cleaning, other than normal wear and tear, as a result of their occupancy. San Diego Dreamin’ reserves the right to charge the renter for any damages or excess cleaning necessary, as permitted by state statute.
All cancellation monies are based on the nightly rental cost plus the city tax. Your security deposit, cleaning fee and pool heating fee will be refunded regardless of cancellation schedule (minus the 2.5% credit card fee we incur).
The maximum occupancy for the house is 8 people (including adults and children). The maximum occupancy for a specific guest visit is agreed upon in the Rental Agreement and can only be changed with our written consent.
Guests agree to abide by the Rental Rules at all times while at the property and shall cause all members of the rental party and anyone else the guest permits on the property to abide by the following rules at all times while at the property.
Unless otherwise agreed upon, check-in time is 3pm and check out time is 11am sharp.
Renter must be 25 years of age or older. Please no young party groups.
